RIPE NCC Service Desk

Visit the RIPE NCC Service Desk in the coffee break area if you need help with any of the following:

  • A question about an ongoing or upcoming RIPE NCC Member Services request
  • Help with your membership, LIR account, your resources, ARCs or other registry-related questions
  • To better understand RIPE policies and RIPE NCC procedures
  • Assistance with the RIPE Database or RIPE Atlas
  • To share feedback about our services

RIPE NCC staff are available to answer your questions from Monday to Thursday from 08:30-18:30 (EEST/UTC+3) and on Friday from 08:30-14:00 (EEST/UTC+3). On Wednesday the Service Desk will close after the General Meeting begins.

If you would prefer a 1-2-1 session, ask one of the RIPE NCC staff at the RIPE NCC Service Desk.
