I just discovered the tanscription issue, don't know why, but after clicking several times "inside" the empty transcript it works. I'm sure didn't got this issue in previous ocassions

A small clarification on Jordi’s comment during my presentation: LAC-2025-02 was not included in my list of LACNIC proposals under discussion because yesterday the Chairs of LACNIC Policy Development declared that v.1 did not achieve consensus and that the author may submit a new version of the proposal based on the comments received at the forum and through the list or choose to withdraw the proposal.

Hi Angela, understood, however, this can be appealed so the policy proposal is still "in the cycle or process", there was no objections at all on this policy, so it is very strange the chairs decision. Also even LACNIC didn't said anything like "we have a problem with this policy or whatever". If the policy is not accepted not having objections, it means LACNIC it could bebe violating the current policy manual, which will be a very bad precedent. That's why I also asked the chairs to clarify the objections that didn't showed ever in the list neither the last meeting. You probably saw my email in the list as well.
