ICP-2 Review: Meet the NRO NC Representatives
The Number Resource Organization Number Council (NRO NC) is calling on individuals in the global Internet community to share input on the revised draft “RIR Governance Document” aimed at updating the Internet Coordination Policy-2 (ICP-2).
ICP-2, first created in 2001, identifies the criteria for an organisation seeking to become a new RIR. In October 2023, the Address Supporting Organization Address Council (ASO AC) was asked by the NRO Executive Council to update the ICP-2.
There will be a BoF on ICP-2 during RIPE 91. The RIPE community representatives, Hervé Clément, Andrei Robachevsky and Constanze Bürger will also be available during RIPE 91 to hear your feedback.
Consultation Deadline: Friday, 7 November 2025
For more information, please view the NRO website.

Mirjam Kühne will continue as RIPE Chair for a second term and Anna Wilson will take over from Niall O'Reilly as RIPE Vice Chair at the end of RIPE 91.
